My elderly (88 year old) neighbor became desperately ill with Pneumonia. His prognosis was not good but he improved well enough to be discharged from the hospital to a rehab hospital that promised physical therapy and medical care designed to strengthen and prepare him for going home but it soon became clear that the level was woefully inadequate.
I could not stand to see his wife of 48 years visiting him in this place where they could only see each other in a public lobby. He seemed weaker and weaker. I feared they would never again hold hands in private or enjoy a home cooked meal. I couldn’t let that be the end of their beautiful story. I took it upon myself to researched companies that could provide services for him at home. It was a huge leap of faith removing him from the rehab facility, he had lost his ability to walk and was so weak. Sensing our urgency Comfort Hospice answered our call and sent someone to us the very night we got him home to have him assessed.
Their kindness, swift attention and commitment to his care have helped him improve beyond anyones expectations. He received products to help him while bed bound, physical therapy, nurse and doctor visits, medications, bi-weekly baths and on call doctors. Almost two years has passed, this lovely couple were able to celebrate their 50th Anniversary thanks to Comfort Hospice and it’s truly lovely and caring staff. I can not say enough good things about them. Very organized, very responsive and and very caring staff.
My grandma recently passed away after a short battle with cancer. Comfort Hospice was a hospital recommendation but I could NOT be happier with the services, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond shown by the internal staff and the registered nurse Angela. We called the office immediately (3am) when my grandmother was actively dying , the case manager answered the call only after ring and coordinated the nurse to visit within an hour. Angela rush right over and she helped with the whole process of the passing, she even stayed with us the entire time until the mortuary came and even made sure to attend the funeral. Thank you so much Comfort Hospice for every thing , each and every employee their truly has a heart of gold.

I thank my lucky stars that my dad was with this hospice group. Shortly after we signed him up we all came down with Covid. We were so careful and never had it before. I realized we had it Friday after hours of course They had meds to him just after midnight and sent so much support and supplies to help him. We always had after hours nurse support with Esmeralda who was so patient and helpful so we never felt alone. That was on top of the nurses that come several times every week to monitor him and take care of his illiostomy bag. I highly recommend this hospice group.

When we were presented with several hospice options for Grandma, we chose Comfort Hospice Care based on recommendations, and we are very grateful we did. Within about an hour of enrolling, all necessary medications, equipment, and supplies were delivered along with a clear explanation of everything Comfort Hospice Care had to offer. From 24-hour support to the dedicated team of LVN Adriana, RN Sintiana, home health aide Ashley, and many others, we never felt alone.
RN Sintiana was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She always took the time to answer our questions, explain medications, and help us understand what to expect. Her guidance helped ensure Grandma remained comfortable throughout her care.
LVN Adriana provided outstanding care. She was always kind, patient, and attentive to Grandma’s needs. She monitored symptoms such as shortness of breath and anxiety and provided guidance on how to keep Grandma comfortable. Throughout it all, she treated Grandma with kindness, warmth, and genuine care.
Ashley, our home health aide, was wonderful. She assisted with bathing and personal hygiene, helping keep Grandma comfortable and clean, so our family could focus on being present with her.
As Grandma’s condition declined, she was placed on continuous care. Having a nurse with her 24 hours a day was an incredible source of support for our family during those final moments. We are especially grateful to our continuous care nurse, Lawrence, for his compassion, professionalism, and guidance.

I wanted to find a good hospice for my Grandma. I was very particular about the type of care that she receives. I was introduced to comfort hospice by a coworkers recommendation so I decided to give it a shot. Within the first hour of my call I had a nurse (Angela) come see my grandma. Angela had amazing bedside manner and thoroughly talked me through all my questions. All of the staff visiting my grandma were on time, communicating efficiently, and had the best bedside manner. They all showed care as if it was their own grandma. You don’t get to see this kind of service all the time. Thank you comfort hospice for making my grandma feel comfortable and safe. Everyone, from nurses to staff who just call to see how we are doing are top notch. My mom has never been better and they actually care how she is and take my concerns and questions seriously. We started off with a communication issue with Comfort Care Hospice, but when Grant, the Director of Nursing, became involved he addressed it immediately and followed through as promised, going above and beyond.
Adriana, the nurse who cared for my mom, was truly exceptional—kind, compassionate, considerate and extremely professional. She too went above and beyond, visiting regularly to make sure my mom was comfortable and well cared for. Grant continued to check checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Between Grant, Adriana and Sintiana, the assessment nurse, this trio of very caring experts made all the difference in the world!

As the daughter of a rather stubborn, critical mom with a horrendous cancerous wound on her face, I am grateful to the whole staff of Comfort Care Hospice for their patience and accommodating responses to both her needs and wishes.
First of all, they helped her understand her need for that level of care. That was an accomplishment in itself! Then, for over a year, they sent a nurse 3 times a week, numerous pharmaceutical, medical, and personal supplies by special delivery, and fielded questions and concerns by phone.
We loved her main nurse, Shirley, who was the epitome of caring and patience! We also appreciated the truthful, yet diplomatic, evaluation of my mom’s condition by her and all staff.
I would say that sometimes supply orders seemed to be overlooked at first, but then when I called, the staff bent over backwards to see that the provisions got to us.
All in all, I’m very grateful to Comfort Hospice Care for supporting us through that very difficult season of life!
Both of my grandparents went with comfort hospice care as recommended by their doctors. I really enjoyed their service and how they cared for my grandparents, they met all of their needs. Seriously I never leave reviews but this hospice was one of the best I’ve ever tried out for my dad. My dad wasn’t doing too well so I had taken him to the hospital, at the hospital they recommended I sign him up with a hospice. I asked around and I was referred to comfort hospice (my boss signed his mom up with them) and I have no regrets.
Within an hour of them receiving a referral for my dad, their RN Adrik G came in to see my dad and evaluate him. All of their staff have amazing bedside manner, their office answers my questions with patience and respect, overall the service was unmatchable. Thank you comfort for bringing comfort to my dad.

After taking my grandpa to the hospital, they informed us he should be transferred to a hospice and referred us to comfort hospice. Within an hour we had a nurse Angela come and evaluate my grandpa at home. The case staff was wonderful with his care, special thanks to his nurse and physical therapist I have a difficult work schedule but they accommodated very well and were always punctual. Everyone was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. Thank you to all the staff at comfort hospice. You guys are golden.
I was so hesitant about taking my dad to hospice but I heard about comfort hospice from a friend of mine. While he was at the hospital I got a call from their nurse Grant. Grant answered all my questions and concerns and he was very patient over the phone. After dad got discharged from the hospital, Grant showed up to our home to evaluate him within the hour. All of my care staff for my dad are very very polite and patient with him. Amazing bedside manners. They help refill his medications on the dot. Thank you comfort hospice and all your staff, will recommend to others.

Ruzanna and her team are angels. My father was in the hospital due to covid, he wasnt thriving at home, when released from the hospital, Ruzanna and her team walked me through the forms to sign, helped me to understand the medicare process and putting someone into hospice care. They helped me find a board and care home for my father to rehabilitate, arranged transportation from the hospital and set up the room with medical equipment.
I cant thank them enough for all they have done for my family.
At some point, it may not be possible to cure a serious illness and we had to make a decision for our loved one. We were intruded to Peter Martinez who works for Comfort Hospice. Everyone in their team was kind, compassionate but most importantly honest and available to our family. Peter was so empathetic and professional. Comfort Hospice Care was an absolute blessing to my grandma, who was on hospice care with them for 5 months, and to my family. The kindness, care, and superior communication shown by every single person was superb. The whole team was always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, refill medications/supplies, and provide valuable support—we are grateful to Grant, Migelle, Tina, Esther, and Jack. Special thanks to our nurses Lusine and Adrik, and to Elen, who were all professional, very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. My elderly mother who lives with me , has been under Comfort Hospice Care for about six months. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them. The people in the office who I interact with over the phone, Tina and Miguel, couldn’t be nicer. The take my refill orders which are delivered promptly. Sometimes the same day. From time fo time Tina calls me to make sure everything is going well with the workers, do I need any supplies , etc. Very professional and courteous. Special mention to Margie our nurse, she not only cares about my mom, but about me as well. She is very compassionate. I must mention Blanca, the lady that bathes her, she is sweet, patient and does a great job as well. Overall, I would recommend Comfort Hospice Care without hesitation. I’d like to share my experience with comfort hospice. I usually don’t post reviews but if you are looking for a hospice/palliative care to take your loved one you need to tell your doctor about comfort. My step-father wasn’t doing very well, his legs got weak and he could barely walk. He needed someone to come organize medication and check his blood pressure , he’s also bed bound so we couldn’t really take him anywhere.
After a visit from his Dr’s office, the Dr recommended comfort hospice. Within about one hour a nurse Grant came to do an evaluation. He was very thorough and talked us through the process of hospice. He was patient and answered all our questions. All staff have great bedside manners and are very punctual. I want to thank this company for everything they’ve done to help my step father. You guys are truly the best!
